- Adult Program (all ages and fitness levels)
- Kobudo (or traditional weapons)
- Free Anti-Bullying workshops year-round for children 4 years of age and up - workshops can be held at the Academy or off-site at a school or organization
- Women's Self-Defence workshops and seminars
