- Description
- Out of home hospice day program. Offers programs supporting rest, relaxation, supportive relationships, and recreation for both children and adults who are living with a life-threatening illness. All programs are coordinated and staffed by palliative care Registered Practical Nurses and supported by the trained hospice volunteer team and certified complementary therapy practitioners.

- Open to anyone with life threatening conditions. Programs are available for both children and adults.
