ROLLS transportation service is available to eligible patrons who are unable to utilize regular public transit. - Trip reservations may be made by calling 905-885-9891
- Eligibility
- Residents of the Municipality of Port Hope, Ward 1, with a disability (permanent or temporary), who is unable to board regular public transit
- Application Process
- TO REGISTER for the ROLLS service, a form must be completed by a health care practitioner (e.g., case manager, chiropractor, occupational therapist, physician, physiotherapist, social service agency, visiting nurse) and submitted by the applicant to the Town Hall at 56 Queen Street, marked to the attention of Transit Coordinator. Eligibility may be established on a temporary or permanent basis. * For information about registration, call the Transit Coordinator at 905-885-9891. * Application form available on the website, Town Hall or 5 Mill St, Port Hope.
