- COVID19 (6 Apr 2020): All on and off site programs have been suspended (including nutrition programs). Some important appointments will be kept, with additional screening measures on site, but many will be postponed or conducted via phone as much as possible.
Provides primary health care services, education and health promotion including chronic disease prevention and management programs- teen health clinic
