Two-day Mental Health Commission of Canada course facilitated by St. John Ambulance

Participants will learn to interact confidently about mental health with their family, friends, communities, workplaces. The course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders:
  • substance-related disorders
  • mood-related disorders
  • anxiety and trauma-related disorders
  • psychotic disorders
