Information about services, documentation requirements and document submission procedures are available on ICAS' website. Services include:
  • assessment reports for secondary, postsecondary and technical qualifications
  • helps stakeholders to understand international educational credentials
  • ongoing liaison with governments, national academic assessment bodies and other credential evaluation agencies
  • designated by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Accepts requests worldwide for Ontario equivalency assessment.
Eligibility
Any person or organization requiring an equivalency assessment of non-Canadian educational credentials.
Application Process
Submit an application form with the necessary documents and fee to obtain an Assessment Report . Application forms and document submission instructions are available on ICAS' website. ICAS has a separate application process for individuals applying for immigration to Canada through Express Entry. Please see the website for information.
