- helps stakeholders to understand international educational credentials
- ongoing liaison with governments, national academic assessment bodies and other credential evaluation agencies
- designated by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
- Eligibility
- Any person or organization requiring an equivalency assessment of non-Canadian educational credentials.
- Application Process
- Submit an application form with the necessary documents and fee to obtain an Assessment Report . Application forms and document submission instructions are available on ICAS' website. ICAS has a separate application process for individuals applying for immigration to Canada through Express Entry. Please see the website for information.
