- COVID-19 Response
Due to COVID-19 pandemic and as per Public Health recommendations, all support services, counselling, and virtual psychotherapy are being conducted through telephone and a virtual platform.
Regular Service
Offers a wide range of counselling services. Aims to strengthen individual, family and community life, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, economic status, sexual orientation, gender, age or physical ability.
Counselling services include ongoing individual, couple and family counselling and psychotherapy.
Services are available for:- adults who have experienced sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, or partner abuse
- people experiencing loneliness, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, work concerns, a death in the family or other stress
- couples experiencing relationship difficulties including poor communication, lack of intimacy, affairs, extended family pressures, contemplating separation/divorce

- Service ; Fees for counselling services are determined on a sliding scale based on the needs and financial circumstances of the individual/family. Fee subsidies are available and no-one is refused service because of an inability to pay
