- Flat screen TV, DVD player, portable telephone

- Camera surveillance in the waiting room and other areas of the unit
- Access to the unit via intercom and manual or remote control activation by staff
- Patient transport coordination
- Coordination of clinic appointments
- Processing of travel package
- Copy of blood results and other reports

- Staff support travel plans and send information packages for patients intending to travel
