- Must NOT already have a family doctor or Nurse Practitioner
- Must be a rostered patient with clinic (except for use of laundry/dryer and showers by individuals who lack access due to income or homelessness)
- Must NOT already have a family doctor or Nurse Practitioner

- Registered patients can call for an appointment
- Complete a referral form (currently have a waitlist)
