- Comments
- A newcomer to Ontario who holds a driver-licence from another province or country is required to apply for an Ontario driver's license within 60 days of taking up residence in the province. They may exchange their valid drivers licence from that country or province for an Ontario licence if they meet the required criteria. Call for information.
Tests for Seniors: A driver 80 years of age or over is no longer automatically required to pass a road test to renew a driver's license. A vision and knowledge test must be taken and the driver must participate in a 90-minute group education session which is offered by the Ministry of Transportation.
