Located adjacent to the cancer centre, providing accommodation for out of town cancer outpatients of the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre

- Rotary Place/FMTU Parking:
Family Medicine Teaching Unit patients and Rotary Place visitors to park in the lot located to the north of RVH Main entrance. Access to this lot can be obtained from Gallie Ct. or RVH campus. - Eligibility
- Registered patients of the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre and a client's caregiver who have to travel across the region for treatment at the Centre, priority will be given to those who must travel more than 40 km from the Centre
- individuals must be able to care for themselves and be able to take medications on their own (there are no medical services on-site)
- must attend medical appointments independently
- must be able to manage two flights of stairs without assistance
- Nurse will assess if a caregiver is needed to stay with client at Rotary House
- Registered patients of the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre and a client's caregiver who have to travel across the region for treatment at the Centre, priority will be given to those who must travel more than 40 km from the Centre

- Service - Patient: $15 per night, no tax
- If client requires the help of a caregiver, the caregiver can also stay at no additional cost
- when space permits, a companion (family member or friend) can stay at Rotary House at a cost of $45 per night, tax extra, but they must be willing to give up their space if an eligible patient requires it
