- Provides affordable housing for rental and homeowner clients through geared-to income rent and mortgage subsidies. Infinity Property Services provides a full range of property management services including:
- Building inspection
- Repair, maintenance and capital planning
- Purchasing and tendering
- Contract administration
- Tenant placement, counselling and tenant relations
- Eligibility
- For aboriginal and non aboriginal families who are prepared to pay 80% of the market value for the area for rent and for their own heat and hydro.
