- RAAM clinics are offering in-person, telephone and video appointments. Masks required for in-person service.
Allows individuals experiencing substance use disorders to receive counselling, appropriate addiction medications, and connections to community treatment programs
Services available include:- Assessment of substance use concerns and review of treatment options
- Brief intervention counseling and psychotherapy
- Management of acute alcohol and opioid withdrawal
- Outpatient tapering for patients on opioids or benzodiazepines
- Medication-assisted treatment for alcohol, opioid and cannabis use disorders
- Education on overdose prevention and use of naloxone
- Referral to community supports and treatment programs

- Works in partnership with NorWest Community Health Centres, People Advocating for Change through Empowerment (PACE), Thunder Bay Counselling, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, and the Thunder Bay Drug Strategy

- Individuals 16 years of age and older experiencing substance use issues and seeking access to medical addiction care, counselling or support
