- providing specialized behavioural assessments to identify the reason for the behaviour
- developing a collaborative care plan with strategies and non-pharmacological interventions to minimize the responsive behaviours
- providing clients and caregivers with education, support, counselling and guidance
- health care system navigation and transitional support
