- assistance with planning, applications for funding, RDSPs, tax credits, and service navigation
- Eligibility
- Families caring for an adult with a developmental disability or a child with a physical or developmental disability
- Application Process
- Referrals are accepted from a parent, guardian or primary caregiver
Services for those 18 years and older must go through Developmental Services Ontario 1-855-277-2121
To meet with a facilitator it is advisable to call or email ahead to Heather at extension 2314, hminors@dafrs.com to ensure someone will be available
