- Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills
- helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, and or GED Preparation, post-secondary education and greater independence
- Eligibility
- Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
Must have facility in English
Individuals who are out of school * special emphasis on individuals receiving social assistance through Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Employment Insurance (EI), Second Careers * support programming for anglophone learners * those with foundational gaps/challenges in numeracy and literacy wishing to achieve PSW Literacy test acceptance, Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and or College Diploma * those with permanent resident status are also eligible - Application Process
