When a scheduled pick-up time changes outside of the 20-minute pick-up window, DRT will contact and advise customers by phone at least two hours before the trip
Trip cancellations must be made four or more hours prior to trip - Eligibility
- Person with a disability that prevents them from using conventional transit service for all or part of a trip
Could be due to a visual, sensory, cognitive or physical disability, and could be either short-term or long-term
One person may accompany a client - notify the dispatcher to confirm available space - Application Process

Applications reviewed within 14 days of receiving completed application, DRT will confirm eligibility by mail
