Clients should contact the clinic at 613-257-5915 or connect to any of the 10 clinic sites in Ottawa and Champlain Region by calling 613-755-2277 where clients will be directed to the site of their choice available at the time of their call.

Single session, solution-oriented therapy with a professional therapist or social worker
Duration of the session is between 75 to 90 minutes
Clients in distress who feel that they need more assistance may return to the clinic for another session or can be referred for ongoing counseling
