- program works with the recipients of social benefits, pensions and/or wages in order to manage money and decrease the risk of homelessness

- Individuals and families:
- with a history of homelessness or unstable housing
- who frequently lack funds to meet basic needs
- in constant state of mismanagement with bills
- who regularly lose their funds due to substance abuse, mental health and/or victimization
- who lack the basic skills to manage their income
- with a history of homelessness or unstable housing
