- Description
- Program is an alternative to formal court proceedings, also known as a diversion program. Completion of the program will allow youth to avoid a criminal record, however, the program is not completed the youth is required to attend youth court and face formal charges.

- Referrals are made through Police Services. Please note: service is available in Quinte West and Bancroft, but coordinated through the main COSP office in Belleville
