- Stop Smoking Program (a self-help program in which The Lung Association aids those who want to quit)
- Clean Air Program (provides practical tips on how to improve indoor and outdoor air quality, aiding respiratory health)
- Research and research grants for issues affecting lung health including lung cancer
- Organizes and hosts several fundraising events in Hastings and Prince Edward County including Tulip Campaign.
