- We deliver comprehensive, accessible, and patient-centred primary health care to people of all ages and health conditions. Team-based care is provided by an interprofessional collaboration of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social worker, pharmacist, dietitian, chiropractors, and administrative staff. Patients who are registered with the Belleville Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic can access its primary health care services.
