Builds simple, decent and affordable for low income families
  • applicants must give 500 hours of volunteer time into the building of their own home
  • homes are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable, no-interest mortgage
  • homeowners' monthly mortgage payments go into a revolving fund, which is used to build more homes
  • selection process determines who qualifies for housing
ReStore:
  • building supply store that accepts and resell quality new and used building materials, furniture, appliances, and household items

Residency Requirements: Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Counties, City of Cornwall, Cornwall Island (Akwesasne)
