Twice-weekly exercise programs facilitated by a qualified personal trainer and supervised volunteers from the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, Queen's University
Eligibility
  • Revved Up Mobility: healthy adults with a mobility impairment (spinal cord injury, MS, stroke, amputation)
  • Revved Up Circuit: healthy adults with a developmental disability (autism, down syndrome etc)

Membership - Mobility: $80 for four months * Circuit: $60 for two sessions per week for 12 weeks or $45 for one session per week for 12 weeks (2019) ; Program
