  • Residency Requirements: Ontario - Weeneebayko Area-west coast of James Bay and Hudson Bay
Application Process
For residence, patients must be referred by the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) or by a social worker from the Kingston Health Sciences - Hotel Dieu Hospital site/Kingston General Hospital site or Providence Care Hospital
