Yoga consists of Meditation (spiritual aspect), Breathing Exercises (mental aspect) and Asanas (physical aspect). Weekly Satsangs available. Satsangs are community gatherings infused with positive energy and imbued with music to move your soul, also includes inspirational talks and a lunch.

Protocol requires that footwear be removed upon entering the hall.
Register when attending classes. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Donations are accepted.
