Employment Programs


Description
Assists Ontario Works recipients by providing both pre-employment and employment programs which include:
  • Community and employment placements
  • Education programs
  • Job specific skills training
  • Learning, earning, and parenting programs
  • Literacy screening and training
Benefits may also be available to assist with cost of getting a job, participating in an employment activity or leaving Ontario Works for employment
Eligibility
Must be a recipient of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
