- Computer use and assistance to update resumés and write cover letters
- Employment counselling in various areas including preparing for interviews
- Employment Readiness Assessments that provide individuals with information regarding the employment skills they have acquired and those they need to improve to achieve a positive work-life balance
- Information about other programs
- Access to job websites
- Community Placement Program (for volunteer opportunities)
- Computer and Internet access

- Information on the Enhanced Employment Placement Program (for paid employment and training)
- Eligibility
- Must be a recipient (or spouse/dependent of) of Ontario Works or Ontario Disablity Support Pension
