Provides guidance and mentoring to youth who are transitioning to independence

Offers assistance with
  • Education resources
  • Employment services and training
  • Health and mental health services
  • Housing supports
  • Legal services
  • Life skills training
Eligibility
Youth 16-24 years of age who:
  • Have or once had Crown Ward status or
  • Were subject to a legal custody order or customary care agreement or
  • Were eligible to receive Renewed Youth Supports (RYS) at ages 16-17 whether or not the youth actually received RYS
