- Description
- Provides an after school group mentoring program for boys and young men to help them make informed choices about healthy lifestyle practices
- Facilitates physical activities and healthy eating support to teach life skills, communication, and emotional health discussions in the promotion of life-long healthy living
- Program is offered through seven 75-minute sessions with four extension modules
- Eligibility
- Boys and male youth between 6-16 years of age
Volunteers- Individuals 18 years of age and older interested in becoming a mentor
