- makes beautiful keepsake teddy bears out of cherished clothing
- clients bring in clothing articles that have significant meaning for them or their loved one
- after discussing overall design with the client and photographing each piece of clothing, seamstresses construct the bear using the fabric provided

Residency Requirements: North of Wellington St in Aurora, to Ravenshoe Rd in East Gwillimbury. Bathurst St to the west and the York Durham Line to the east - Application Process
- Self referral, support service agencies, doctor referrals, hospital and Home and Community Care (formerly CCAC) referrals * memory bears: visit Hospice to drop off the clothing and fill in an Order Form, or call or complete an Online Order Form on website * registration required for all programs
