Grocery store offering home delivery, if item is not available, will call to suggest a substitute. Service is not just for seniors but anyone who is house-bound. Delivery within Stratford city limits.

Groceries for delivery or pickup. Produce and general grocery items available. Order online by filling in form. $10.30/order delivery fee in Stratford through Blue Heron. Pickup at store at time provided. Customer will be called to confirm order, provided pickup time and to make credit card payment. Credit card payments can be made by calling 519-271-0466. Tap payment available at pickup.

Groceries for delivery (in Stratford) or pickup. Call or order online. Frozen meals, house made food, beverages, dairy, cheese, eggs, produce, frozen meat, pantry items, coffee, tea, bulk items, bread and baked goods. Minimum $20 order for delivery. Pickup at store during open hours.

SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Exercise Program - health education and exercise for seniors and older adults

Visiting Programs - Volunteer visitors are matched one to one with seniors and adults with disabilities to provide companionship and support (Listowel); Palliative Care Volunteer Program(Perth East & Perth West)

Adult Day Programs - social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day that helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Meal Programs- Meals on Wheels includes Hot and frozen meal options; Congregate Dining programs(Listowel)

Transportation: Volunteer and Accessible transportation services for seniors and adults with disabilities in North Perth

COVID19 Grocery delivery available Sat. Call in orders preferably day before. No charge for delivery in Stratford and tries to group out-of-town deliveries to provide Steaks, deli meats, fresh bread, cheese, roasts, house-made sausage and meatloaf, and groceries.

COVID19 - Service Change. ONE CARE is providing essential services. Continuing programs include Assisted Living, Meals on Wheels, Lifeline, Home Care, Home Help, Home at Last and In Home Respite. Modified programs (may be offered virtually, by phone or in a totally different way) include Transportation Friendly Visiting, Adult Day Program, Overnight Respite, Social Work, Dining (Dining to Go) and Exercise & Wellness (offered virtually). Programs on hold include Blood Pressure Clinics. In cases where a program is on hold or has had to be modified ensuring that client's needs are considered and working with clients and caregivers to determine how to support going forward.

Fresh produce available at a reasonable cost. Open for drive through, walk up or bike pick-up. The location of the indoor market will be inside the United Church - 85 Church St S, St. Marys.

Monthly emergency food hampers through the Community Pantry program, a mobile food market that travels to various neighborhoods and offers local fresh fruits/vegetables to everyone for a minimum subsidized fee of $5. The cost is $10 and anything over $10 helps subsidize the program. The food bank also has a variety of free wellness programs for adults and children/youth.

Home-cooked healthy meal support for senior shut-ins, folks recovering from surgery, and bereavement support. Food program is designed to help alleviate the stress of shopping, prepping, and cooking when a person or family is struggling with other emergency issues.
