Reaching out to the community by initiating support calls and monitoring office telephones Monday - Friday. Advocate and promote the development of support services, education, and research for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or other dementia and their caregivers.
Services include confidential home or office visits, family support, training classes, Bereavement Group, Caregiver Education, Caregiver one-on-one counselling, Caregiver Support, Caregiver Support Group, First Link Navigation, In-Home therapeutic recreation, Minds in Motion/Social Recreation, Person living with dementia (PLWD) support group, PLWD Education (Taking Control of our Lives and Learning the Ropes) Public Education & Awareness and presentations to assist businesses to support employees caring for a loved one.
