Two units to house residents with memory impairment or who may be at risk of wandering away. Respite care. Offers rental meeting rooms and halls and catering.

Therapeutic pool available, 519-271-2773. Pool provides warm-water therapeutic swimming for seniors, disabled adults and the very young. Intended for those that would benefit most from a warm-water therapeutic swim experience.

Woodland towers is a three-building complex with 131 apartments for Seniors and physically disabled adults. Rent geared to income. Life lease housing, market rent housing, supportive independent living, supportive housing/assisted living for eligible applicants.

Hamlet Estates is a 67 garden home community of market value life lease accommodation. Residents purchase the right to occupy their chosen unit and pay a monthly operating fee for such things as property maintenance, capital repairs, activities, administration and taxes.
