- provides support for family members of all ages, who are exhibiting moderate to severe behavioural difficulties, and for individuals who may also be experiencing social, emotional and psychiatric difficulties

Specialized Behavioural Support Services:
- provides specialized behavioural support services to agencies, organizations and institutions that work with children, adolescents, adults and seniors who are experiencing behavioural, social, emotional and psychiatric difficulties
- provided in a variety of settings including residential facilities, day programs, hospitals, schools, long term care facilities, foster homes and community programs
- supports youth justice programs for individuals aged 12 to 17 in conflict with the law, to assist with community integration and support
