Rapid access addiction medicine (RAAM) Oxford is a walk-in clinic for people aged 18+ who are struggling with alcohol or opioid use. You do not need an appointment to access care at the RAAM.

COVID19 Offices open. Call for intake and protocols. Clients will be supported either in-person, over the phone or via videoconferencing. Intake and main office lines will be monitored and messages responded to within one business day. Some peer support groups are running via Zoom. Ensuring clients have resources they need to stay connected and safe. Still taking referrals, please call.

The Addiction Medicine Clinics supported in partnership with Dr. Datema, are considered an essential service so will remain open on their usual days. They are doing active telephone screening day before clinic and active screening is taking place at clinics and practicing social distancing by limiting the number of clients at the clinic at one time.

Program for youth ages 16-24 to receive support for mental health and substance use issues

For people struggling with problematic gambling behaviour including, but not limited to:

• dealing with triggers and high-risk situations

Clinic providing holistic medical treatment for individuals with drug or alcohol use

• medical treatment for mental health and substance use, withdrawal and cravings

Addiction Management Clinic

Program provides a safe place to stay for young people who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness. Offers a safe and structured environment for young people between 15-17 years of age. The program will work with youth, their families and community supports to develop an individualized plan for success

• support with getting back into school, social assistance applications, reconnecting with family and more
• leisure activities and life skills coaching in group and individual settings
• referrals to transitional and supportive housing programs, employment, addictions and mental health services as well as community supports and services

A community-based program for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including those recently hospitalized due to COPD

Program offers:

• group and individual COPD education
• peer support
• educational sessions for family and caregiver
• personalized exercise programs supervised by health care professionals and group exercises
• smoking cessation counselling and support
• caregiver support
