• Brantford Food Bank - provides a 3-5 day supply of food. Volunteer opportunities available in food bank program area

• Employment Services - offers information and job search services, employment counselling and job placement opportunities. Also assists employers in finding people that are a good match for their organization

Provides food and hygiene items to low-income people and families once every 21 days. ID for every member in the household will be required when placing an order. Young Parents Program (for young women up to the age of 24)

• support services to pregnant and young parents through individual visits
• services offered - home visits, prenatal education, stress management, healthy communication, smoking cessation counseling, relationship counselling, and parenting information, as well as free prenatal vitamins (with doctor's note), food gift certificates and gently used infant clothing

Healthy Moms Eating Well for 2

• prenatal nutrition program designed to help you give your baby the healthiest start in life
• services offered - home visits, food certificates for milk products, fruits and vegetables, prenatal vitamins (with doctors note), meeting with dietitian, smoking cessation counselling, breastfeeding information and support, postpartum support, and parenting information.
• Low German speaking Outreach Worker available

School's Cool

• school readiness program offered in the summer to help children ages 3-5 prepare for junior and senior kindergarten
• by taking this course children develop self-help skills, have the required language and reasoning skills to enter kindergarten, gain self-confidence and excitement about learning, and become familiar with a kindergarten setting

The Baby Depot collects, recycles and distributes a year's worth of gently used baby clothes and essentials to local families in need through a network of community partners. Does not distribute these items directly.

Emergency services and grocery support for youth in the Hamilton community. Provides food, clothing, hospital care packages, baby products and hygiene items. Also offers nutrition and budgeting programs as well as referrals to Living Rock's Wellness Works Coordinator.

A monthly support program that provides infant formula and baby food for low income families with infants under the age of 12 months.
