Help adults with developmental disabilities living in the community to be independent, safe and secure. Typical areas of support include:

Support is provided at main office or satellite offices across Windsor-Essex, as well as virtual and telephonic support. Most support happens in community in places like homes, workplaces, volunteer locations, schools, community centres, police stations, courts, coffee shops and libraries.

Respite Services:
* Available for caregivers looking after those with memory loss or other chronic health conditions

* An in-home assessment and custom care plan will be developed prior to service initiation

Community-based nursing and personal/ home support services

Helping seniors stay in their homes by assisting them with meal preparation, laundry, personal care, medical appointments, errands and more including:

• heart to heart chats

The Home Help program is designed to help isolated seniors, seniors recovering from surgery, frail seniors and those persons with permanent physical disabilities, who do not have access to assistance, remain safely in their home by providing light housekeeping services

• light housekeeping which could include floor mopping, dishes, vacuuming and dusting
• laundry services which could also include folding and putting away
• light bathroom and kitchen clean-up
• making beds could include changing linens
• grocery shopping
