Emergency food bank offering a 3 day supply of food including fresh produce, protein sources, and some hygiene products, household items and clothing.

Drive through service established in response to the COVID-19 pandemic allows for social distancing measures by offering prepacked food hamper which is placed in open trunk while resident remains in vehicle; walk-up is available for those on foot using a conveyor to maintain social distancing.

Community food bank providing canned and boxed foods, eggs, margarine, cheese, household products, personal hygiene products and fresh produce when in season and available.

2nd Chance Ministry is a Christian outreach ministry to those in our community daily, who are in need of immediate, practical help and/or spiritual assistance.

Assistance may include:

• food vouchers, diapers, clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc.
• help with rent, hydro
• help with dentures, eyeglasses and transportation
• spiritual and emotional support
• Advocacy for help within our community
• Mentoring program is part of the Ministry.
• Accepts and moves furniture items every Wednesday
• Bureaucracy assistance (i.e. help with bankruptcies, evictions, registrations, bill payments, appointments, etc.)

Furniture Donation/Delivery:

• operates primarily on Monday
• includes items such as couches and mattresses (call for details)
• will pick up donations or deliver to those in need (Windsor, Tecumseh and St. Clair Beach only)

100 square foot structure that houses a refrigerator and shelving for perishable and non-perishable goods, as well as toiletries and personal items (essentials).
