Offer employment services to assist in preparing for, obtaining and keeping a job. These services may consist of an employment needs assessment, the development of a Return to Work Plan, individual employment consulting, advice about job loss, retraining and education, job search techniques, labour market information, job placement services, and on-the-job follow up.
Job Retention supports is available when continued employment or advancement is unlikely to succeed without further assistance. Eligible individuals can expect support and mentoring to promote long-term employment based on developing experience, workplace skills, capabilities and confidence.
