There are 112 life lease apartments and 47 bungalows. Life lease allows a resident to purchase the right to occupy a particular unit and assures him/her of a permanent place to live without some of the responsibilities of ownership. The ownership of the unit remains with the Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village Corporation. When a unit is vacated, Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village re-sells the unit. Equity is paid back upon termination, less 3% per year to a maximum of five (5) years.
