Admission and discharge services

COVID19 -- Visitors to Long Term Care Homes are restricted to essential visitors only. An essential visitor is anyone who has a resident who is very ill or involved in end of life care. Active screening is in place for everyone accessing Long-Term Care Homes.

Private caregivers and companions are not permitted in the Homes at this time. Due to redeployment, staff are available to provide care and help residents with dining.
