Health centre focused on family and community health

• Operates as a community-based organization offering primary health care and health promotion programs in areas within the district
• Provides a Primary Care Team comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, footcare nurses and therapists
• Offers Telemedicine services
• Operates outreach programs at Shelter House, Limbrick and Assef Court
• Operates a Mobile health unit serving communities in the district as well as a Diabetes Mobile unit
• Offers a walk-in clinic

College community medical clinic

• Provides support services for seniors, individuals with critical or long-term illness and persons with health barriers such as a disability

• Offers a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Fetal Alcohol Effects Project to help support women not to drink alcohol during pregnancy so as to avoid Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) birth defects or Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE) birth defects
