- Helps local families in need by providing items confidentially and free of charge, delivered to the family home by volunteers
- Recycles quality used infant and children's clothing (sizes newborn to 16), footwear and outerwear throughout the community to lessen the expenses associated with raising children
- Recycles blankets, high chairs, exersaucers, swings, tubs and other baby equipment along with learning toys (ages 2 and under) and children's books
- Recycles maternity clothes
- Accepts donations of new and unused bottles, bottle nipples, diapers and wipes, as well as socks and underwear
- Offers free pickup of donations and delivery of items to those in need

- counselling and case management, family and child support groups, external referrals, and resources for children and their families around HIV
- overnight camp for children
