Works one-on-one with individuals to help them to:

• Access health and mental health services
• Access Human Trafficking supports and resources

• Determine and access additional support as needed
• Identify and access life skills support
• Locate legal services
• Obtain education and training information
• Secure stable housing

Housing Support Workers provide housing supports and services to youth aged 16 and 17 who are involved in Voluntary Youth Services Agreements (VYSA)

• Operates a recovery home that provides support services to individuals with a substance use disorder
• Offers pre-treatment services to help stabilize individuals so they may attend a residential substance use disorder treatment program
• Offers post-treatment services to help individuals make the transition to an independent, substance-free lifestyle

• Case management
• Peer support group
• Relapse prevention
• Transitional skills

Operates supportive housing for men with mental health disabilities

Operates a Community Residential Facility for individuals on federal parole or provincial mandated supervision

Operates a long term residential facility for chemically dependent adult males

• Operates a 12-bed supportive housing facility with an average length of stay of 6 months
• Offers long term care to chemically dependent adult males
• Provides a 12-step recovery program
• Provides a comfort fund to clients with no means of support to assist them with their basic needs

• One-on-one counselling
• Positive peer group work
• Vocational counselling
• Recreational Therapy

Permanent and Transitional Housing comprised of approximatedly 50 beds between two programs:

• Domiciliary Care residence for men and women with supports for individuals with a history of homelessness, mental health diagnosis, concurrent disorders and addiction
• Community Residential Facility for men on conditional relase under Correctional Service of Canada

A 6-bed post treatment transitional housing program for men who have completed a residential treatment program for substance abuse/addiction.

• open to persons of all faiths and to those with no religious beliefs
• transitional housing with an average length of stay from 6 months - 1 year
• a no-alcohol, no-drugs facility operated by the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Toronto Central Council

Residential programs use a modified 'therapeutic community' treatment model with an approach based on the belief that chronic addiction comes with an acquired lifestyle and that recovery requires a holistic approach that challenges deeply ingrained behaviours and teaches healthy alternatives.

Believing that change is most effective when it is experienced and shared, staff encourage residents to assist each other in every aspect of treatment. Professional staff function as facilitators, guides, and role models. Residents, staff, and alumni comprise a supportive community in which the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Stonehenge offers 4.5 - 6 month residential programs tailored to the unique needs of adult men and women. Additional residential services include:

Opioid Substitution Treatment (OST): Support coordination, crisis intervention, education, community referrals, and access to a physician via the Ontario Telemedicine Network teleconferencing system, as well as a pharmacist who provides medications on site.

Correctional Programs: Residential beds for male and female offenders under federal and provincial jurisdiction.

Early Childhood Development Program (ECD): Stonehenge reserves one bed in the Women's Residential Program to accommodate pregnant women struggling with substance issues.

Friends and Family Support Program: Monthly group in which family members and friends of residents meet to receive support and learn valuable skills to cope with the impact of addiction; co-facilitated by a staff member and a family member with lived experience.

Regional Aftercare Program: Staff-facilitated aftercare program for individuals who have completed at least three months of the residential program; provides an opportunity to test new-found skills and stay connected to the guidance of the program and staff for up to two years.

Private room and partial board for long term consumers/survivors of the mental health system. Residents help prepare food for communal meals and share in care of house * total capacity 20
