Frozen Meal Service - Frozen meal packages are delivered twice a month * clients choose from a menu or can choose standard packages * special diet types available * soup/dessert packages also available

Aboriginal Health Access Centre providing integrated services for Indigenous people, families and communities * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * health promotion, traditional healing, mental health and addiction services provided * dental services, Aboriginal midwifery, Indigenous palliative care * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups available on and off reserves * culturally safe, accessible services that combine traditional Indigenous and Western medical practices

Volunteers pick-up clients and escort them to lunch at a local restaurant with other clients and volunteers * limited seating available

Clients choose from a menu * a variety of diet types are available * soups and/or desserts packages of 7 are also available

Hot or chilled meals delivered between 11am and 1:30pm Mon-Fri * weekend meals delivered fresh on Fridays

Flexible meal plan available from one to seven days a week * variety of diet types are available * minced meals available * fixed monthly calendar distributed to clients * wide variety of poultry, beef, pork and fish dishes

Breakfast bag can be ordered in addition to daily meal * contains a grain, protein, fruit and vegetables

Volunteer supported meal and transportation services to adults with disabilities and seniors within the City of London

Hot meals delivered daily Mon, Wed and Fri 11am-1:30pm * weekend meals delivered chilled on Fri * frozen meals delivered weekly on Thu * special diet types and texture modifications available

Short term caregiver relief, recuperation, seasonal or long-term assistance available * no long-term contract required

Dining for Seniors is a community dining program intended to increase opportunities for nutritional and social support among seniors.

COVID19 - Service Change. ONE CARE is providing essential services. Continuing programs include Assisted Living, Meals on Wheels, Lifeline, Home Care, Home Help, Home at Last and In Home Respite. Modified programs (may be offered virtually, by phone or in a totally different way) include Transportation Friendly Visiting, Adult Day Program, Overnight Respite, Social Work, Dining (Dining to Go) and Exercise & Wellness (offered virtually). Programs on hold include Blood Pressure Clinics. In cases where a program is on hold or has had to be modified ensuring that client's needs are considered and working with clients and caregivers to determine how to support going forward.
