Accountability and Opportunity for Youth - Extrajudicial measures and extrajudicial sanctions (pre and post charge diversion) * youth must acknowledge participation in the offence and are given the opportunity to take responsibility without getting a criminal conviction
Youth Justice Committee Program - Serves as an alternative to the court-based system to handle low risk offences committed by youth * includes the youth, persons harmed, and community to provide an opportunity for healing and repairing the harm done
Community Reintegration Program - Assistance to youth who are currently serving a term of probation * youth worker and case manager help develop a personalized plan * assistance can include help with appropriate housing, obtaining proper identification, returning to school, employment services, life skills, counselling and transportation where needed
Community Service Orders - Hours assigned by the court to be completed at a nonprofit organization within a specific time period * community service orders are given to adults * suitable placement found and follow-up with the court for confirmation of completion
Direct Accountability Program - Diversion Program for Adults. Referred by the Courts. Program options include Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program, Anger and Substance Awareness Program and Stop Shop Theft. Other Program Options also available.
Adult Alternative Measures Program - Program gives people charged with a criminal offence the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions without getting a criminal conviction * fee for service

Junk Journaling - Junk Journaling is a program designed for girls from grade 6-12. No matter the grade, junk journaling is geared to students who want to explore their creative side, build self-confidence, learn the skill of collaboration, increase their ability to deal with their emotions, improve their literacy skills, have authentic connections, and improve their overall mental health to name a few of the benefits of this program.

Program designed for children/adolescents who come from a home where their mother has been abused • weekly group offers participants the opportunity to talk about their feelings, learn how to express anger appropriately and improve self-esteem • a group for mothers is held concurrently which helps teach them how to support their child/teen • assistance with transportation and child care for siblings may be available • transportation can be coordinated. Community Support Program
One-on-one and group support for women in Oxford who have experienced abuse from an intimate partner. Offers an opportunity for women to share their experiences, learn about abuse and trauma, and develop coping skills for their recovery journey.

Coordinates short-term emergency shelter for youth in a housing crisis. Staff provide support and assistance to youth who do not have a place to stay, arrange immediate shelter, make an appropriate future housing plan and link with other relevant community services.
Services Include:
- Crisis intervention and support services for youth and their families/caregivers
- Temporary shelter when youth has no other viable alternative
- Mediation (youth and parents/caregiver conflict)
- Immediate and long-term planning
- Referral and advocacy
- Independent living / housing stability supports
- To support youth and their families/caregivers in developing healthy relationships

If individuals do need a temporary shelter stay, staff can refer them to an agency for service.
A 14-bed facility providing temporary shelter for youth. A shelter overflow process exists; no one is turned away. Services include:

- referrals to community resources
- life skills training
- supportive guidance
- recreational activities
- assistance in finding permanent housing
- weekly access to Registered Nurse Practitioner
Residents are able to participate in programs that get them to a graduated independence program. Activities include hands on learning with cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
Two stages of living are available:
- In-Stage: private bedroom, shared kitchen, living room, washrooms. This stage is available for up to one year. Mentoring and life skills programs also available.
- Up-Stage: bachelor apartment units. This stage is available for up to one year. Housing referral and support is available upon leaving.
A 24-hour emergency shelter providing beds for youth between 16 and 21 years of age. It provides programming and support to youth in the following manner:
- 24-hour a day intake and admissions
- Meeting all basic needs by providing meals and snacks, clothing, laundry, hygiene products, etc.
- Advocacy and case coordination
- Recreational/therapeutic programming
- Access to mental health services and consulting psychiatry
- Access to a general practitioner and/or nurse practitioner
- Addiction/substance use supports (Alternatives for Youth)
- Withdrawal management assessment and monitoring (St. Joseph's Healthcare)
- After-care services through the Community Resource Centre
A centre for at-risk youth residing within the community who are between 16 and 21 years of age, providing access to a number of support services and programs to assist them in remaining housed, diverting them from homelessness and street involvement. A case coordinator assists the youth in navigating community and internal services based on their identified needs.
Services include:
- Help with getting back into school or finding employment
- Assistance obtaining or replacing ID
- Access to housing workers
- Help with applying for or maintaining social assistance
- Hot meal program, seven days a week (lunch and dinner)
- Connections to community supports
- Free laundry facilities and clothing/household donations
- Access to all on-site mental health, medical care, addiction/substance use services
- Recreational and life skills programming
- Early diversion and family mediation
