• Delivers educational sessions to Personal Support Workers at all seven First Nations on Manitoulin Island
• Mentors Registered Nursing staff in palliative, pain, wound and capacity assessments, and placement issues as they provide care for elders
• Acts as a resource for family members who are caring for an elderly loved one
• Coordinates the Aging At Home Transportation services
• Offers the use of an electric bed with special mattress as well as positioning aids and mobility aids for palliative or bedridden clients
• Rents the use of a negative pressure vac unit which expedites healing of wounds
