• Empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition
• Offers children and adult athletes year-round training and competition in many Olympic-type sports at Invitational and Regional meets

Offers ski and snowboard instruction to children and youth with disabilities

Administrative office is located in Etobicoke but lessons are conducted at several ski hills all over Ontario

Programs, services, support and assistance for Canadians living with a disability * most services and programs administered by provincial Easter Seals * includes:

• assistive and adaptive technology - financial assistance and direct programs to ensure Canadians with disability have access to essential technology
• education and training - includes employment training and services, scholarships and bursaries and life skills programs
• sport, recreation and leisure programs - includes activities such as sledge hockey, wheelchair basketball, swimming and more
• rehabilitative and occupational therapy
• residential and respite programs - available in Vancouver, Edmonton and Montreal
• summer camps - 14 specialized camps across Canada for children
  

Disability Travel Card - Program for people with a permanent disability which offers a discounted ticket for their support person when traveling with Via Rail Canada, and Coach Canada

Access 2 Program - Program for people with a permanent disability which offers free admission for their support person to movie theatres, cultural attractions and recreation facilities

Advocates and promotes respect, acceptance, inclusion and human dignity for people with intellectual disabilities through sports

Offers people with disabilities an opportunity to ski and snowboard with support of trained volunteers and adaptive equipment

• programs located across Ontario
• Learn to Race Program - for those who are more independent and have a need for speed
• volunteers constantly needed to help support on the ski hill, with program administration and on Board of Directors

Programs held at:

• Sault Ste Marie (Searchmont), Haliburton (Sir Sam's), Barrie (The Heights), Barrie (Snow Valley), Caledon (CSC), and Oshawa, (Brimacombe)
• Learn to Race Program is offered at Craigleith Ski Club in Collingwood.

Tee Ball: Created to give 4 to 7 year old children and their parents an introductory experience to baseball and softball by creating a safe, caring, fun activity as they learn the basic skills of the game.

Little League (Major Baseball): Created to give children age 9 to 12 year old a chance to play in tournaments

Intermediate Baseball: Created as a transition for players age 11 to 13 year old

Junior Baseball: Created for age 12 to 14 year old

Senior Baseball: Little league program created for age 13 to 16 year old
